    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    She had chemo at the children's hospital about 4 hours away as opposed to the one that's an hour away yesterday. Got a big room with a bed and her big sister was able to tag along.

    As incredibly rare as this disease is here is one way you can detect it early. The redeye is normal the white glow in the other eye is the tumor. All of us can't believe we missed it for so long looking at pictures but we had no idea.

    I trained at the children's hospital in Iowa, and sometimes shared patients with the oncology team. They were a wonderful group, as is the hospital. This little girl is in very good hands there.

    Top notch place for her cancer and so glad she's doing well. This thread is also a great PSA. Families usually pick it up in pics before docs. Don't ignore it. Best wishes to her!
