Rain and storms forecast for the next few days. What to do?

Nah.  That's overkill.
Instead, we decided to grill enough to get us through a coupla/three days.

It started . . .
Friday night, used Hot Sauce as binder for the rub on these Beef Back Ribs . . .



Sunday morning, finally got those Beef Ribs over some Chunks o' Hickory . . .



And paired them with sliced 'taters and onions done on the flat top . . .


Then, inspired by that Blackstone guy, Todd Toven's YouTube video ("Sea Scallops and Angel Hair Pasta . . ." ),
put some Bacon on the griddle . . .


But everything went so quickly, no time for pics until finished.

Seriously delicious!

Sooo . . . now, we're set for the next few lunches/dinners.  
When they discuss incoming rain and storms on tonight's weather segment . . .



But, I'll probably watch anyway.

    Great cook-hard to beat beef ribs.  Most eggcellent.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
