Recipe courtesy of a local church cookbook. Pretty good stuff. The whipping of the egg whites is a must. I substituted green onions for the regular onion that it calls for. And used fresh herbs as well.

Finally chicken and spicy corn tacos on the blackstone:



For the corn, I brushed butter all over, squeezed on a good bit of lime juice, then seasoned it with Goya Adobo and Chipotle Powder. It gave the tacos a good kick.

How do you like your cast iron plate setter? Is it hard to clean after cooking directly on it like in your photo? Or is it just as easy to clean as a typical skillet?

I appreciate the help. I bought the same exact CI place setter as you have, about a year ago, but I have never used it. Kind of hard to explain .. didn't want to get it dirty. I mainly bought it to cook on and to blacken fish and chicken. Your help may have given me the courage to actually use it!!Dyal_SC said:
