First time tuna steaks

Picked up a tuna steak to give it a try. Cracked pepper and some cayenne...threw a cast iron pan on the egg and seared about 2 mins a side - turned out with a nice kick. Will def be doing this again soon...might turn up the temp on the egg and shorten the seat to a min a side.
