Pulled pork quesadilla

Its leftovers night here. I took some of yesterday's pulled pork and some cheddar and made a quesadilla.

Yes, thats a natty in the background.

The real star of the show is the dipping sauce I made. I saw a recipe here a while back for "shark attack sauce" so I made some last week. Well tonight, i mixed it 50-50 with ranch dressing. Holy crap!!!!!!! You have to try it! It might be my next wing sauce!

I've actually done that one. Love some good pork. In any way.

Whats T's the process for one of the quesadillas on the BS? I don't want the pork overdone.
