Independence Day Boston Butt

Put the butt on at 8 last night and pulled it off at 10 this morning. Kept the egg around 240-250 overnight. Pulled the butt when internal hit 195, fork tender. Placed in foil, towel, cooler until noon and family tore into it. One of my best yet.
