Beef shortrib-brisket burgers

Had a fantastic weekend of BBQ. Ground beef short ribs and mixed in with ground brisket point.  Also did some maple smoked bacon as a topper. Burgers were a hit. Did some rotisserie chicken and wings as well  s Hope our friends to the south are enjoying their July 4 celebrations!
