First Pepper Stout Beef

Pepper stout beef has been on my to-do list for about a year maybe. Finally got around to it today. Turned out really good! Did some corn on the cob to go with it. Kids loved it and my Louisiana wife says we should eat it over rice,

Looks WONDERFUL! I've made pulled beef a couple of times and loved it, but haven't tried the pepper stout yet. It's on my list for the next time I want pulled beef. Yours looks killer!
