First Pizza at the Temporary House

It took only 45 days total for us to sell the Chicken Ranch, Coop and all, and close on the construction loan for the house we're building in Louisiana. And we've been living in the Temporary House since we arrived here. 

It is taking some getting used to but we're settling in to a normal routine. 

And we've cooked a couple of meals on two Eggs. And we added a pizza cook on the Mini Max today. It turned out well. Take a look: 

 

 

 

 

It was delicious. 

But more than that, it was needed to prove that we can survive in the wild...
