here it is......took 1.5 hours to cook!!

well my first loin was a great success!!!it was unbeleivably juicy and good tasting!!
here is the egg doing its thing
and here is the loin right off the egg!!
here it is after resting for half an hour!!
and here it is all sliced up!! wow!!!!

    its lady diana sauce its the only thing i use here.i have like 20 bottles in the cupboard! this loin actually took a whole bottle!and it tasted great!!
