OT - Dang, I love breakfast.

Supposed to be watching carbs so the taters were a no-no, but gotta have them every now and then. Simple scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage all topped with some hot sauce and salsa. Tasty.

No, just sweet and low and Coffeemate, both loaded with chemicals, I know.

I have been there. I have slowly lost 15 pounds this year, about 20 since this fall. I am looking at French fries right now. Still 40 lbs to go. Btw try a Wafflehouse Fiesta omelette with picante sauce.

Good luck, you can do it. For me, giving up potatoes is harder than giving up bread.

I've never been a fan of hot sauce on eggs but I have done picante sauce.

I love a spicy protein-laden breakfast. If I eat cereal, bagel, etc., I'm hungry two hours later.
