Gotta friend with a homemade one of those, some of the best fajitas I've had come off that thing.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

I was thinking of making one. But I couldn't find a disk that big.theres a few different disc's on the market. But others had powdered coated bottoms I didn't want.  With the lip and delivered right under 150 bucks. I've been wanting a griddle.  but wanted to be more portable. Hopefully this will scratch that itch. Planning on alot of stir frys. I'm pumped.

These put out quesadillas like magic. Stir fry, breakfast, fajitas - they are quite versatile.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

A friend uses one of these on his Weber kettle - http://www.agrisupply.com/bbq-disc-blade-discada/p/85077/

They also make one a bit larger with  sort of a "shelf" around the bowl of the disc -  http://www.agrisupply.com/discada-bbq-disc-blade/p/85078/

These look neat and quite portable but a little $pendy - https://www.firedisccookers.com/firedisc-deep-36-inch-cooker/

Why not just buy a wok and a burner? =)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
