Jess Pryles inspired crispy pork belly

Took the rotisserie for another spin yesterday. Decided to try pork belly loosely based on a Jess Pryles recipe (jesspryles.com). Put more of an Asian spin on mine by using Chinese five spice and ginger powder. Turned out great, but still some work to do on the skin (I'm comparing to the results I get with the la caja china). Bonus shot of the hand ground burgers I did as well.

Now that is just sweet!! I am going to have to figure out how to do something similar without the spinner. That just looks too good not to try and I was looking for an excuse to go get some belly for bacon!!
