Salt Block Burgers

Mom gave me a Himalayan Salt Block for my birthday a few weeks ago. Decided to give it a test drive tonight with some burgers and a cheap cut of steak.
i was pretty impressed with the crust on the burgers and the flavour was incredible!
i thinly sliced the steak and kept it for another day (fajitas or philly cheese steak). 
I will do this again.
