Perhaps a little more info about your needs. Are you traveling and need a meal when you arrive? Making meals for kids while you are out of town? Just for your self or for a family?

Some of my favorites are Italian items like Spaghetti, Lasagna or other pasta with sauce......not sure if you are talking egged or not.

I make extras almost every time I cook on the Egg. If you don't have a foodsaver of some kind...buy one.
    Thank you,

when we are doing meal preps, beer can chickens are easy, yield great meat for several meals through the week.  typically I will do three sunday morning and use the meat in various dishes.

Not so much into make ahead meals, more into "cook once, eat many".  Extra grilled chicken breasts used for chicken caesar salads day or two later.   Large roasted chicken for dinner, then chicken salad, followed by chicken soup.  Pulled pork with BBQ sauce, some reserved without sauce for burrito bowls (do it yourself Chipotle) a few days later.  For truly made ahead, you can't beat soup, chili and lasagne as they freeze well.
Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here.  Very Extremely Stable Genius.

Stuffed peppers (bells or poblanos) freeze individually in foodsaver bags and reheat well in oven or on egg.  Peppers tend to keep whatever you stuff them with from drying out.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

I usually grill a bunch of chicken on sundays to mke different meals out of during the week. Make a few different flavors to keep it fresh.

Just about anything I cook on the EGG has leftovers for a few days, but pork loin, sliced thin is a good staple for my weekday lunches.
I haven't pre cooked anything on the EGG to be frozen and reheated at a later date.
Off the EGG my wife makes a super sized Lasagna that we will freeze and use for dinner a few weeks later.
