Split a 6ish lb bird, rubbed with SnP and fresh garlic all chopped together. 

On the large at 235ish raised direct and mopped every 30mins.  

2 1/2 hrs in

    Always great-must be the L&S  chix is in the air-got my first go rolling now.  Thread post later as I am running at around 200*F and the aim is 8 hours.  No idea of what will be the outcome.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Oh man. You just made me really miss my Mamaw. 

    BBQ Chicken quarters, s&p green beans sliced tomatoes and corn?!? All that's missing is some onion slices and pickled okra.
