I am very happy with the way it has worked.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Local restaurant supply store. Bought brand new for around $150. I really like the ease of cleaning and surface area.

Your cart is much nicer than what I was using, but I'll guarantee my 50 lb Brit could make short work of it. Top-heavy and on casters!I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Just an FYI... The nest for a medium works perfect for a mini max. Sits a little low for some, but its off the ground and stable and the nest is fairly cheap.

I like my Keter Unity XL table that was recommended in a previous forum post. The table top is all stainless steel, bottom covered (lockable) storage is durable plastic for my BGE accessories. The table gives me sufficient working space beside my MiniMax which sits on top of a heavy-foiled ceramic tile. This helps to disburse the weight of the "portable" cooker on the table top and also protects the table from any errant cooker debris. I also purchased a cover for the MiniMax table. Below are the links if you're interested. Hope this helps.
