Looks incredible. That has been on my wish list forever. But my wallet won't allow me to consider it at this point. I hope when I retire in 20 years we can sell our big house and move into a tiny rundown shack somewhere so I can build my dream outdoor kitchen with one of those.

@Stormbringer I'm not a wine connoisseur - it's Ste Genevieve Red made in West Texas. It's cheap but I like it. http://www.stegenwines.com/Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

@gmac If you pay someone else to build it these things are costly. Doing it myself I spent about the same as a nice offset smoker would have cost me. Not cheap, but I didn't spend the kid's inheritance.Coleman, Texas

I will add it to the list. But it may take a lot of beer for something like that.SciAggie said:@gmac If you pay someone else to build it these things are costly. Doing it myself I spent about the same as a nice offset smoker would have cost me. Not cheap, but I didn't spend the kid's inheritance.
