SRF Gold Filet Mignon, shrimp dusted with "Sweet Rub of Mine", salad starts with spinach and lettuce from the garden.  Salted 3 hours before going on and a bit of pecan for smoke. 





For those concerned about the "heat up" time for reverse sear, 250 to 600 in 4 minutes...  Last SRF filets, time to reorder!
