7.5 cups of flour
3 cups of water
9 grams of yeast
1/3 evo
1.5 tbl kosher salt
Mix with a spoon till combined
Cover with a towel around 3 hours
Split in balls and refrigerate for a hour
Set out till room temperature. I convert to grams.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
