Hello everyone! Just got a new egg a couple weeks ago and stumbled upon this forum. Haven't had a whole lot of time to use my egg much (busy at work) but have done a couple cooks on it.
Seared some NY Strips tonight then sliced them very thin and made cheesesteak sandwiches. Added some caramlized onions, sautéed peppers and mushrooms. Turned out delicious! Can't wait to really get to cooking with this thing when I get more free time!
