Great cook and visuals. Love walker'swood jerk seasoning.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

I use a lot of Walkerswood jerk. Never used Lawry's jerk marinade.

The difference between Walkerswood and Lawry's is yuuge! Maybe I'm using Lawry's incorrectly, but I can't imagine that anyone would choose it over Walkerswood.
Frankly, the only reason we use Lawry's is to avoid complaints about 'heat'.
