How old is it? I had the same thing happen and took it back to William Sanoma where I had bought it and they replaced it and it was like 8 months old. I think Ozzie tried to deal with Boos directly on a badly warped brand new board and their customer service was pretty bad. Let us know what you find out.

@Lit it's hardly 6 months old. It was a Christmas gift.

I have had mixed results with BOOs blocks warranty.
First block came from Amazon warped. It was brand new in the plastic wrap. Not a little warped, I mean spun like a top. Boos said "to bad" they don't warranty warping. They suggested I soak it in oil, wrap it in seran wrap, and place books on it. Mind you, this was brand new.
Luckily Amazon took it back, no questions asked.
Second board I got had developed splits in the glue joints almost immediately. After talking to Boos they agreed to warranty the 2nd board.
In short, contact Boos, describe your method of caring for the board. Did you use Boos mystery oil, conditioner, how was it stored, etc. Be polite and see if they will help you out.
50/50 chance they will warranty it.
I PM'd you my contact at Boos.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Also, this is a slow process. Responses generally took 1-3 days. At one point it took over a week. Be patient.
Shipping for the replacement took an easy 2 weeks to get to me after authorization. They are not speedy shippers.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Take it to COSTCO and tell them you bought it there and can't find the receipt?
-
Well that is certainly a company I won't buy from after reading this.

Pleased to say that their customer service was excellent.
emailed a hand full of times back and forth and they are sending me a replacement, hassle free -
