Milwaukee area Rib-Fest June 25th

Elliott's Ace is having its 2nd annual Rib-Fest on Sunday June 25th in Elm Grove, WI.
all proceeds go to charity.... for more information or see attached rules and registration.
This is a eggcellant event and we have a few openings left for teams to cook on a BGE!
We are also selling the eggs after the event, these will be one time burned eggs that can be purchased at a reduced rate.


Remember that grilling is more than preparing food… It’s time with family and friends, it’s your heritage and childhood memories….

    They sure don't give you much time to get everything done. 6 hours to get the egg to temp, burning clean and punch out a couple of racks. That's tight.

    We will have the eggs lit for the contestants and we use baby back ribs for a shorter cook...
