I picked up a nice corned brisket point at Costco the other day. Covered it with Rub and left it in the fridge for 36 hours after a long soak in cold water. I think I will smoke it up to about 170 and then finish it in the intstant pot

It's been sitting at 225 all day. Just pulled it at 170 internal. Steam it in the instant pot tomorrow
