PP Mustard Sauce

Recipe:
1/4 C Water
3/4 C ACV
1 C Yellow Mustard
1/4 C Granulated Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/4-1/2 tap Pepper
Simmer low heat 30 minutes, stir often.
After 30 minutes, add 2 tsp butter and 1 tsp soy sauce. Simmer 10 minutes and remove from heat. Bottle once cool.
