Roasted Cauliflower

Tried something new last night. I took a whole head of cauliflower, painted it with olive oil, covered it with a spice rub, and roasted it on the egg. It took about 90 minutes at 375. This is a keeper!

  • Looks good. My wife breaks it up in pieces and does it with broccoli and cauliflower. Stuff is surprisingly tasty. I think if you break it up it cooks faster.

    There are a lot of different fats that can be used. I love using coconut oil but you can also use plain yogurt or mayo. Curry makes a good spice. I've yet to do one on the egg. I'm sure it takes it to another level.
