I know others here have acknowledged the great customer service from ThermoWorks, but now I have first hand experience. My smoke unit stopped syncing with the remote receiver. They quickly sent me a new unit and a shipping label to mail the old unit back. They also told me to keep both sets of temperature probes. What a great company to deal with.

    I just counted and I have 8 of their products - not counting all the extra probes.  Every encounter has been great, and I've had 2 warranty issues handled with the same integrity that you've mentioned.

    It's nice to acknowledge the great companies when we have a good experience.  Thanks for sharing.
