Pulled Chuck Roast (How long?)

I'm doing a chuck roast on my LGE today - Just curious how long and what temp will get me the best for shreeded beef.

    In my experience you will need to get to 210-215 before it will easily shred. Helps to wrap or braise. 

    They can take a lot of flavor so once you shred add more as needed.
