For brisket, store-bought I like Bullseye Bold Original.Toronto ON

I love Blues Hog sauce when I'm cooking pork burnt ends. It turns out to be sweet little pieces of meat candy!

I use the BBQ sauce I use on everything. Sweet Baby Rays. I do on occasionally use Rendezvous Hot.

I use Sweet baby rays, brown sugar, and 1/2 can of Coke Cola.

1-1/2 cups of Swamp Boys original + 1/2 cup of brisket au jus.
Rod Grey's EAT sauce with the black label is also great on burnt ends.Shucker

I like using a hot peppery dry rub topped with a sweet sauce. The combo we like is Holy Cow (Meat Church) and regular Blues Hog. Hard to beat this fusion of flavors.
