NFL Draft Egg Rolls

Since the draft is in Philadelphia and I am a local I made Cheesesteak Eggroll along some Spicy BBQ Chicken Eggrolls. Sorry these aren't the best pictures I was fighting the sunset.
Cooked down some onions and Chip Steak to get started.
Let that cool, then started constructing the egg rolls.
Fried them up in my cast iron....
I'll definitely be making these again.
