Mundane Monday

Went pretty simple tonight. Thin pork chops seasoned with some DP Raging River. My lovely bride likes pineapple with pork. I made a glaze from some pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, and some more DP rub. I reduced the glaze until thickened. My wife made some mashed cauliflower. Grilled raised direct at 375 degrees. Quick, easy, and tasty.

    haha mundane!  I made kraft dinner and microwaved some jalapeno cheese smokies, that is as pedestrian as it gets brother.  In my defense, its cold out, long day at work, my wife is two days over due and my 3yo was GD hungry.

    i should add, great lookin' cook!  I'm going to add it to the roster, my wife also loves pineapple with pork.  I might swap the ragin river for some pineapple head and see how it goes.
