Last night was Thai Curry Beef with carrots and bamboo shoots.
In the DO gettin happy on the small
Plated with Basmati rice
So tonight I made some Thai veggies and crispy Curry Beef. The beef was leftover from last night seared up in the wok after the veggies were done cooking.

Great cooks right there-do I spot a new addition to the diamond plate collection??Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

@theyolksonyou- I have one around here somewhere. Actually posted a cook pic using it once. Took the whole banquet to new heights-now I've gotta find it again. You will not be disappointed. Btw-you will have to ask @Mattman3969 about the correct way to present the plate. There is a technique that I clearly have not mastered.
