I was thinking to myself, damn that steak looks perfect. Then scrolled down to the burgers and thought the same thing. Great cooks, thanks for sharing.

Very good looking food!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Looks good.
But Im curious; why not fry the Crappie whole? I like Bream/Crappie/Catfish fried whole better than I do filets.
Fry them up in some cornmeal until the tails and the fins are nice and crisp. That's some good eating.Marshall in Beautiful Fruit Cove, FL.

@SaintJohnsEgger I do like them cooked whole like that but it's just so much easier for me and my neck and back to just knock them out with an electric fillet knife. I always think to myself that i should have cleaned 3 or 4 that way though. Thanks for the suggestion...i'm gonna clean a few whole next week when i get a chance to go.Wetumpka, Alabama

Great cook! Was amazed at how fast you made it from whole crappie to those amazing looking fried fillets. Aren't they a lot of work for such a small fish?
