Jamaica spice & chicken

Brought back a few souvenirs from my recent visit


And then used the jerk seasoning and wet jerk sauce seasoning on the chicken to make jerk chicken, grilled it (didn't have pimento wood, but read online that I can used soaked allspice beans instead, not sure it gave any smoke though)

Poured some jerk sauce on the rice, heh


Might have used a little too much seasoning this time around, it was too spicy and not as flavorful as what I had in Jamaica. I still loved it, the wife not as much.
