400 indirect Got up to temp faster than I thought. I say my first attempt was a success. A little salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne. Bam! LBGE

Those look perfect. I eat a lot of thighs.
Good eats! I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I like to smoke up a bunch of boneless thighs for later use. A couple hours on a salt/brown sugar brine, an hour on low temp smoke, then indirect at 350 until done. Put them in a sealed container for later use. NThey're great as a quick entree, and sometimes even better used as ingredients in other dishes.Michiana, South of the border.

I agree that looks like success for sure. Try letting the chicken sit in the fridge uncovered for a day or 2. It makes for more crispy skin once cooked. If you are into that kind of thing.Snellville, GA

Nicely done!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”
