threw on a couple FI's from SRF. Seared them and set them up too to roast til done. Very tender and juicy!

Well, I married me a wife, she's been trouble all my life,
Run me out in the cold rain and snow -
For sure Robin. Used Lanes signature rub on them and could have been a bit more heavy handed with it. I intentionally went light but would have sprinkled it on a bit heavier if I had a do over.
