Half Racks

Is it common to cut whole racks in half? If so, do they cook differently?

Depends on the size of the rack and the size BGE involved.  I have not found that they cook any differently but have not done a side-by-side.  Toothpick test for the finish, always works for me.  FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

@bhugg  I cut all of mine in half.  Usually get the 3 pack from Sam's Club, and they just fit better for me.  I don't notice them cooking any different, same amount of time for the temperatures I'm using.

    I like 2-1.5-0.5/1 for BB.
