Went to Costco and grabbed a preseasoned cut. This will be my first ever attempt at it. Hopefully all goes well. Plan is to reverse sear until 130, pull, run the BGE up to 500 and go another 2 minutes a side. Wish me luck!

Im not one for red meat on a salad (my wife loves it...I'm more of a chicken or nada guy) but I would tear that up solo.

Nice work! Yeah, I eat those non stop here in Norcal, I flip sear mine at high temp, open dome for flames. Usually pull it at 115 to allow for carryover, ends up a perfect medium rare.
