Very nice cook! If you ever get the chance or the want to put the bird on the stand legs up. The fat from the thighs will baste the breast meat and the thighs will come to temp really close to the same time as the breast. You can search "inverted Bird" for ideas.

It's was a nice evening, tonight was earth hour so we turned off all power between 8:30-9:30 and enjoyed a candlelight bottle of wine . It's nights like this that make you appreciate the real things in life . Cheers all !
