Bertha the big ass CI skillet on the large at 450° raised. Missed a photo of just burgers but we got the moz meltin

Plated up on some butter lettuce and topped with a mater and a balsamic reduction

Burger is almost hidden by the tomato but I swear it's there. Thanks for lookin.

Lots of good flavors in there. I enjoy a good balsamic reduction - and caprese. I'm planting a bunch of basil this year so I can enjoy caprese salads as well as other goodnes. Nice meal.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
