New Wok

Bought a new wok, hand hammered by some old Chinese bloke. I love it, not flat bottomed but balances perfectly. Did some chicken then cranked up the Egg to wok some veg. Instructions said to do spring onions and ginger as a first cook, so did that then some mixed veg to go with the chicken.

Nice!Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Yes, really enjoyed using it today. My gas hob has a 'wok' burner, but it's not properly hot like the Egg.bhedges1987 said:Nice! I got mine for Christmas for my mini and recently just got one for my large. They're fun. -
Storm, can't tell where you are (Eoin is in GB, I believe) but if in the US, a lot of us have done business with The Wok Shop in San Francisco. The proprietor loves doing business with us Eggheads, too!Stormbringer said:Where did you get this from?
