I had some buddies over for a fight and pulled this out a little after they showed up
I covered it w come rosemary and garlic infused EVOO
A few minutes before adding it to the fire, I put a good amount of SnP on her.
I started on the XL on a 250 fire for around 7 minutes a side.
Then blasted it on the Minimax for 75 secs/side.
I sliced and served on the cutting board, everyone helped themselves and it didn't last long.

Yup.  I'm a big fan of both him and Brandon Jacobs.
I also love that he fights in the same card as Chocolotito

Well, that's certainly an interesting mix.  Whatever you decide to do in the privacy of your own home, I guess.... :s

I didn't really think that many guys on the board were into that kind of thing, but apparently this a alternative lifestyle bbq site.

No, I bought it from a local butcher in Naples, FL.  Bought it flat not rolled.  I Bought two.  One was just under 2lbs, the other was a little over 1.5 lbs.

I like it a lot especially for these juicy a$$ steaks!  I've cut it up pretty well already and coat it with a food grade board oil every other use or so, but I did use it a time or two before treating it the first time.  I'm not sure if that beat it up more than if I treated it right away.  It also came with this pretty cool sunburst type finish on it with some low ridges sanded it at different angles.  That looks cool, but I can't sand out the cuts without screwing that up.
