St. Patrick's Day at the Chicken Ranch

Yes, like everyone else who operates a 'chicken ranch' and owns a few Big Green Eggs, and has a sous vide cooker, and enjoys a little Irish blood running through their veins, and has some green clothes, and time to have a little fun, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day yesterday. 

We also cooked up some Irish victuals for local consumption.
