Trying to get back into shape. This crust was awesome!

Shrimp and gorganzola pizza topped with fresh chives and cilantro.
Made on a cauliflower pizza crust.

That looks great! I tried the cauliflower crust before, and while it was not bad, I could not get it "good" and it did not look nearly as good as yours. Well done and excellent execution.

Thank you, I tried the crust myself in the past, it was good not great. I actually bought these from a company that makes them. A tad pricey but worth it to me at least.Sea2Ski said:That looks great! Hmmmm never saw them in a store. What section were they in? I might give them a try if I can find them pre-made.--------------------------------------------------

Online google cauliflower pizza crust. I'm sure it ranks first. Don't want to post links here.

I tried making my own once. I wasn't bad, but it wasn't pizza. Much healthier I guess, but I've never made it again. I thought I would, but it hasn't happened.
My pie here, with link to crust recipe if anyones interested.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
