Busy week at work but I promised the wife I would do one meal during the week day this week.
Picked Wild Game Meatloaf. A spin off of Steve Rinella's recipe.

Long and short is the following:
venison and beef mix
sauteed onion, garlic, bell pepper, spg
Havarti cheese, pine nuts
salt, pepper, dizzy dust, nutmeg, chili flakes, chili powder.
Blues Hog BBQ topper at 30 minutes at 375.
Cooked to 150.
