Thanks guys. These ended up taking about 20-24 hours. Stoker held it just right. Ran low on coal at about 18 hours so had a new load go in. I guess that much meat plus the stoker ate up my charcoal because I've never ran out before.
Either way, ended up feeding over 300 kids for a great cause. -

Yeah the lid closed. Thermo didn't hit either, but I think that was just luck.
