Short Rib Tacos

Evening all

Wifey and the two boys were getting back from a few days at the beach so I decided to have dinner ready.  Smoked two decent size short ribs... rubbed in Mickey's, hit the eggg at 250 with some apple chunks, four hours later they were 180 IT, and then I prepared the braising liquid (beer, worstershire, sirrahca, and some rub) where it sat for another 1.5 hours at 350 until they we 205 IT.  Sautéed some onions and peppers, warmed up the tortillas, and brought out the guac, salsa, and cheese.  Fairly delicious!!!!
