    I might save it for my next turkey cook. My Spanish teacher was from Mexico and she said they always cook turkey with mole'.

    Tried it on some chicken breasts tonight.

    Pounded thin and seasoned, then on the Small.


    And finished


    Good stuff. Complex flavor with a hint of chocolate.
