Marinated overnight - 2T gochujang 2T soy sauce 2T water juice of 1/2 lime 2 cloves garlic knob of ginger grated. Roasted cauliflower smeared with 2T mayo and 2T samba oelek and roast broccoli drizzled with a little bulgogi marinade. Wife said I killed. Good enough for me.

Tell me more about the cauliflower. Was it egged, or roasted in the oven? I want to give it a try!Wisconsin, lbge, MM, kab, pig tail flippers, bear claws, and more rubs than I will admit to.

Looks better than any off post Korean dive I've ever hit up. Looks awesome!

Oven roasted. It's a great method, mix mayo and whatever spice you want and smother before roasting. I have used coconut oil and curry before, that was delish.

Very nice. I'm a fan of gochujang myself. Haven't tried it on thighs, but I will!

Looks great. I do a similar thing with whole cauliflower but using yogurt instead of mayo. It is a killer presentation as well as delicious. Friday night's menu is set for me but I think I will use wings instead of thighs, because I have a bunch to use.Toronto ON

Thanks. Buffalo style works too, I will try the yogurt next time. Give the coconut oil a whirl.
